Jordan Spieth had a shaky putter all afternoon. Once he found himself in a playoff with Daniel Berger on Sunday afternoon, Spieth figured out a way to take the putter out of the equation: Just chip-in from the bunker! The resulting celebration was one for the ages.
To his credit, Daniel Berger was a class act following Spieth's winning moment.
Even without his A-game (I hate that cliché) Spieth managed to get the win and Berger has proven that he is a rising force on the Tour. With a driving game and putter that needs work there's no question that this will give Spieth momentum heading into the second half of the season. Let the hype for The Open begin!
